  • Repair Code: NBIC Part 3.
  • Solution: Shell course and intermediate head were fabricated and replaced including manway and nozzles placed in these parts.
  • Scope: Repair procedure, drawings, ITP, procurement of materials, qualification of WPS’s and welders, fabrication and replacement of shell course and intermediate head, quality assurance and quality control activities, NDE, Certification and R Stamping.
